It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean M. with military honors by the Colorado National Guard Honor Guard. Alan enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a veteran of the US Army (1962 -1965), a member in the BPO Elks #90 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 145 and he bowled in the Golden Oldies league on Thursdays at Big Daddy’s Bowling Alley. Alan worked for Wonder Bread/Hostess which was under many company names for 39 years. Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Adeline (Juliano) Kochevar and in-laws, JR and Rogene Smith. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Beverly (Smith) Kochevar his children, Jon (Amy) Kochevar, Gwen (Eric) Pepper and Troy (Angela) Kochevar grandchildren, Jason (Amy) Cordova, Jon Michael (Gabrielle) Kochevar, Amanda (Mark Mueller) Kochevar, Wyatt Harper, Matthew Pepper, Rebecca (Shawn) Griffith, Justin (Dakota) Aaron, Amanda Pepper, Kristal (Austin) Perry, Lilli, Alena and Kenneth Kochevar nine great-grandchildren sisters, Nancy Kochevar and Barbara Fernandez (Mark White) brothers-in-law, Jim (Henri) Smith, Jerry Smith and Jay (Tammy) Smith nieces and nephews and cousins from both sides of family. He fought a courageous battle with Cancer and Alzheimer’s. to Albert and Adeline Kochevar on June 12, 1944. Alan Jon Kochevar, 77, passed away on March 19, 2022.
